2. Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any purchases, memberships, or services unless otherwise explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time:

Using the self-cancellation feature in the members area (effective immediately), or

By submitting a cancellation request via our support contact form (effective within 48 business hours, Monday–Friday).

Upon cancellation, you will lose access to member-only areas and services. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund.

4. Earnings Disclaimer

We make no guarantees of income or earnings. Any results or earnings depend entirely on your own efforts, mindset, skills, and actions. Past results or testimonials are not indicative of future performance. You use our services at your own risk.

5. Service Availability & Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to our website or services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.

The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your account without refund:

Cross-recruiting (soliciting our members for other programs).

Using automated tools, bots, or scripts on our website.

Engaging in any irresponsible or unethical marketing practices that may damage our brand or reputation.

9. Prohibited Activities

You may not use our services in connection with any of the following (you are not eligible to participate if involved in these activities):

Pornography, adult content, or sexually explicit material

Unlicensed content, pirated software, or warez

Hacking, spamming, or phishing tools

Gambling, lotteries, or games of chance

Content promoting violence, hatred, racism, or illegal activities

Any other activity that violates applicable laws or regulations

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without notice, at our sole discretion, if we believe you have violated these Terms, abused the service, or engaged in prohibited conduct. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, and you are not entitled to any refund.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
